When you contact us
The form collects your name, phone number, email address, company if provided, message and preferred callback time if specified. This information is used to review your request and contact you to arrange a phone appointment. Please do not include passwords or confidential data in the form.
Handling requests
Requests are sent to SH Technologiques through Microsoft Teams or email, depending on the configuration. An encrypted copy is retained in SH Monitor’s internal history, including after Teams delivery, to support request tracking and recovery. This history is accessible to authorized administrators and technicians and is not automatically purged. Received messages remain subject to the company’s Microsoft 365 retention practices. The website does not create client accounts.
Technical measures
The server temporarily uses an identifier derived from the connection address to limit abuse of the form. The website does not use tracking cookies or advertising analytics. Hosting infrastructure may produce its own technical logs.

The support link opens the existing remote support service. That service has its own functionality and data handling practices.

Audience measurement and replay
With your optional permission, SH Technologiques uses a tool hosted on its servers to record pages, clicks and scrolling to improve the website. Forms are excluded. Sessions remain pseudonymous and are not linked to contact requests. Recordings are kept for 90 days and aggregate statistics for one year. Privacy preferences let you refuse or withdraw permission. The site remains accessible without tracking.
